Páginas Amarillas was a benchmark in the management of marketing and advertising for small and medium-sized enterprises at a time when paper directories were the best (and only) way of locating companies. With the internet revolution and the emergence of new, more global competitors, their value offering has had to be refocused on the internet and mobility. However, it is not a case of simply adapting the current product by making it visible on the Internet (as if it were another channel), but it must also adapt its business models.
New Business Portal
To help PADigital design the best user experience for the portal of its customers, which are businesses. This portal allows for self-service by customers, enabling them sign up for new services and manage their content. The portal must also promote interaction between users and businesses in order to continue in its role as a proximity services marketplace
The portal also allows for users and businesses to be contacted through engagement mechanisms.
Mobile-first design and Cloud agility
We focused the project on a user-centric model, as being a marketplace involves thinking about the end users who seek information from PADigital on services, and the Businesses that seek the traffic of these users, the generation of leads, and access to services for their digital transformation. With a completely mobile-focused design, along with desktop tools for operational management, and seeking development agility and a highly committed team to launch the service in the short term.
